These Terms apply to all users of Optalio, including customers, employees, contractors, and visitors.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Optalio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or engage in unlawful activities.
4. Service and usage
Optalio provides a range of CRM tools and features designed to help businesses manage customer relationships, marketing efforts, sales processes, and more. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Optalio solely for your internal business operations, subject to these Terms. We may modify, update, or discontinue certain features of the Service at our discretion, and will notify you of any material changes.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and payments
Optalio offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the chosen plan. Payment terms and billing cycles will be outlined at the time of purchase. If you select a paid plan, you authorize Optalio to charge you the applicable fees on a recurring basis, unless you cancel or change your subscription. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to update it as necessary to avoid interruptions in service. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optalio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the six-month period immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Optalio at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in any unlawful or disruptive activities. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and any unpaid fees will remain due. You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation procedures in your account settings. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to Optalio, and any remaining obligations under these Terms will survive.
