With this update, Optalio now supports full tracking capabilities for emails sent from your own branded domain, rather than just our default system email. That means whether you’re reaching out from yourcompany.com or a subdomain like crm.yourcompany.com, you’ll still get detailed engagement metrics — including opens, clicks, replies, and bounces — all tied directly to your campaigns and sequences.
This enhancement brings a few big benefits:
