Added custom email domain tracking
We’re excited to roll out custom email domain tracking, a highly requested feature that gives you more control, professionalism, and visibility over your outbound communications.
With this update, Optalio now supports full tracking capabilities for emails sent from your own branded domain, rather than just our default system email. That means whether you’re reaching out from yourcompany.com or a subdomain like crm.yourcompany.com, you’ll still get detailed engagement metrics — including opens, clicks, replies, and bounces — all tied directly to your campaigns and sequences.

This enhancement brings a few big benefits:
Increased brand trust: Customers are more likely to engage with emails that come from a recognizable domain.
Better deliverability insights: Monitor how your domain is performing over time, and quickly identify deliverability issues.
Cleaner inbox experience: No more “sent on behalf of” messages — your emails now feel more authentic and professional.
To enable this feature, head to Settings > Email Settings > Custom Domains and follow the quick setup guide to verify your domain and activate tracking. We’re constantly working to give you more flexibility and ownership over how you communicate with leads and customers — and this is a big step forward in helping you scale outreach without losing your brand’s personal touch.

Fixed: activity logs now update in real time
We’ve resolved an issue where activity logs were not consistently updating in real time across contact and deal records. Previously, some users experienced a delay in seeing logged actions—such as emails sent, notes added, calls logged, or tasks completed—until the page was manually refreshed. This bug impacted visibility into recent team activities and made it harder to track ongoing interactions without refreshing the page.
With this fix, activity logs now sync instantly across your workspace, ensuring that updates appear live as they happen. Whether you’re collaborating with your team or reviewing the latest touchpoints with a lead, you’ll always see the most current timeline — without any manual steps. This improvement enhances:
Real-time collaboration for teams working across shared pipelines
Timeline accuracy on contact and deal pages
Overall transparency into customer interactions

Added inline editing to all pipeline stages
Managing deals just got faster, smoother, and more intuitive. We’ve introduced inline editing for all pipeline stages, allowing you to make quick changes directly from your pipeline view — without needing to open each deal or contact in a separate window. Now, whether you're adjusting deal values, updating stages, renaming contacts, or assigning owners, you can do it all right from the main board. No clicks wasted, no context lost. Here’s what you can now edit inline:
Deal name and value
Contact or company association
Assigned team member
Deal stage and status
Expected close date and priority
This feature is especially powerful for sales teams managing high volumes of deals, where speed and visibility are key. By cutting down on clicks and loading times, inline editing helps you stay focused on what matters: moving deals forward.
